BridgeVela collects only the basic information needed to review an inquiry and determine the appropriate next step.

When you submit a quote or consultation request, we may collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, service needs, language information, preferred contact method, and general timing or availability.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to review your request, respond to you, coordinate next steps, and maintain appropriate business records. Website form submissions are handled through Wix services used by BridgeVela.
Please do not send confidential documents yet
Our initial website forms are intentionally designed without file uploads. Do not place confidential, highly sensitive, medical, legal, financial, government-issued identification, or other protected information into the initial request fields. If additional materials are needed, BridgeVela will coordinate an appropriate next step.
Access and security
BridgeVela limits access to submitted form information to authorized account owners and collaborators who need it for business purposes. We use Wix-managed services and application-level validation and abuse controls to reduce unnecessary exposure and misuse.
